CNC Turning

We provide high precision CNC turning for shafts, housings, threaded parts, flanges, couplings, bespoke components and small and large batch production.

our current capability is up to 15"/381mm diameter at 1 metre long, with plans in place to expand this further with investment to bring this to 4 metre long and up to 24.8"/630mm diameter.

Our experience in oil and gas manufacturing ensures an understanding of critical tolerances and performance driven designs.

CNC Milling

CNC Milling delivers precise, repeatable components ranging from simple parts to complex geometries. We manufacture to customer drawings and specifications, ensuring tight tolerances and consistant quality throughout production.

Prototyping & Development

As a responsive and agile business, we support customers during early stage product development. we work closely with clients to refine designs and produce prototype components.

Phosphate Coating

In addition to machining, we provide phosphate coating to enhance component durability and surface performance.

Phosphate coating offers:

  • Improved corrosion resistance
  • Enhanced wear protection
  • Reduced friction properties
  • A good base for painting or further finishing

This added capability allows us to supply components that are not only precisely machined but also properly finished and protected, reducing the need for additional subcontract processes.
